Description
This composition begins in F sharp minor with the flute playing the main melody which is inspired by a fantasy style sound of flitting quick notes in scalic runs against a smoother piano accompaniment (imagine mythical creatures dancing in a forest!!) During the middle section, the piece modulates to A major where the piano now takes over the main theme for a short time until the flute takes over again with the opening theme to finish.
